Flavor Profile:

Flavor profile will be similar to our small batch bottled in bond bourbon.

It is difficult to put a description of flavor with exactness because a single barrel can differ with each barrel.

Cask strength is a term used by whiskey and rum producers to describe a whiskey or rum that has not been substantially diluted after its storage in a cask (barrel) for maturation. It has been bottled straight from the barrel without any water being added.
