As part of this pledge, Leiper's Fork Distillery will offer various whiskeys under  different  brands:

  1.  Old Natchez Trace White Whiskey -- This white whiskey honors the tradition of frontier distilling our earliest settlers brought to the hills and hollows of Middle Tennessee.  This whiskey is handcrafted using limestone filtered water, corn, rye and malted barley; that is grown along the Harpeth River Valley in Williamson County.  In keeping with the tradition of TN distillers, our spirit is then filtered through layers of sugar maple charcoal resulting in a whiskey that is smooth, clear and crisp.  The two products making up this brand are  a Tennessee White Whiskey and a Tennessee White Rye Whiskey.
  2.  Hunter's Select Barrel Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey -- This is truly a Tennessee bourbon whiskey comprised of 72% corn, 20% rye and 8% malted barley.  While we did not create this bourbon, Hunter's Select is hand selected and bottled by blending small lots of premium barrels of finished Tennessee bourbon.  Hunter's Select Barrel is created in honor of Colonel Henry Hunter who owned the property where Leiper's Fork Distillery now resides. Moving to Middle Tennessee from North Carolina in the early 1800's, Colonel Hunter was a War of 1812 veteran riding with Andrew Jackson from Tennessee to  fight the British at the Battle of New Orleans.  Upon his return he furthered his success as a local planter and distiller in Leiper's Fork.  He represents the true Spirit of Tennessee and why we are called the Volunteer State.  This bourbon is a 9 year, 5 month and 11 day old bourbon.  This whiskey has the maturity one would expect of its age, with vanilla and caramel notes and a soft finish.

  3.  Leiper’s Fork Distillery -- We will be making 8 - 10 barrels per week of bourbon and Tennessee whiskey that will not see the light of day for 5 – 7 years.  These whiskeys will eventually be released under our flagship, Leiper’s Fork Distillery brand.  Our bourbon will be wheated in nature with the expected soft wheat and sweet corn typical of this style.  Our Tennessee whiskey will have a rye component and using the famed Lincoln County process, will be filtered through layers of sugar maple charcoal giving it a smooth finish.
